Wordcraft by Yamini ("we", "us", "our") provides editorial consulting, manuscript development, ghostwriting, and moderation services (collectively, "Services") to registered users ("Clients") through this website.

All Services are provided by Yamini personally and are subject to availability. Wordcraft reserves the right to decline any engagement at its sole discretion.

To access paid Services, Clients must register on this website and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your login credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

All Services are pre-paid. Payment must be completed in full before any Service is commenced or scheduled. We accept payments through the payment gateway integrated on this website.

For services billed on a per-page basis, chapters must be submitted in Arial, 12-point font with 1.5 line spacing. Page count will be calculated based on this standardized format.

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Taxes, if applicable, will be indicated at the time of checkout.

Workshops & Consultations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours of a session are non-refundable.

Editing Services: If work has not yet commenced, a full refund will be issued upon cancellation. Once work has commenced, refunds will be considered on a pro-rata basis at our discretion.

Ghostwriting: Ghostwriting engagements are subject to separate contracts. Refunds will be governed by the terms of that contract.

All materials submitted by Clients (manuscripts, proposals, chapters, notes) remain the intellectual property of the Client. Wordcraft will not share, publish, or use your materials for any purpose other than delivering the agreed Service.

Ghostwriting services are fully confidential. Wordcraft will not disclose, claim authorship of, or reference any ghostwritten content without the explicit written permission of the Client.

Consultation sessions are conducted via Google Meet. After payment, Clients may schedule their session using the integrated booking calendar. Sessions must be scheduled within 10 days of payment unless otherwise agreed.

Wordcraft reserves the right to reschedule a session with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. If a session must be cancelled by Wordcraft, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.

Wordcraft by Yamini provides only editorial guidance and professional opinions. We do not guarantee publication outcomes, publisher interest, or commercial success for any manuscript or proposal we work on.

Our liability in any circumstance shall be limited to the fee paid for the specific Service in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

Wordcraft reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
